Where do you ship from?

We ship from the Netherlands.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, please make any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after this period. However, you can return the order for a full refund once you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including iDEAL, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX,, and Paypal, and others. We strive to accommodate various payment options to suit all our customers' preferences.

When will my order be processed?

Our orders are processed Monday through Friday at our warehouse based in the Netherlands. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, especially during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are shipped the day after they are processed. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 1 or 2 weeks due to high demand.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Our prices are displayed in euro's and are tax-free, which means you may be liable for duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination. These fees, determined by your local customs office, are your responsibility and are not covered by us. For details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.
